Participant Assessment

Please ensure you read the below information before deciding to register for the Vinnies Drive-In, Sleep-In:

  • Entry is subject to registered teams at
  • Vinnies WA will not be responsible for incomplete registrations. 
  • Vinnies WA will verify all eligibility prior to profiles being made active on the website.
  • Vinnies WA has the right to cancel your registration at any time if it feels a team does not meet the terms and conditions of the event.
  • Participants completing this registration form must be 18 years of age or over.
  • There is a $95 once off entry fee to register. This is per team registration and not per participant. The entry fee is non-refundable unless Vinnies determines a team does not meet the eligibility requirements. 
  • The Vinnies Drive-In, Sleep-In is a fundraising event and there is a $500 fundraising target per team.
  • While the event is open to all ages, Vinnies WA is unable to confirm the movies shown on the night will be child friendly, therefore responsibility for children attending will be with their parent or legally appointed guardian. 
  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legally appointed adult guardian for the duration of the event. 
  • The Drive-In, Sleep-In event is an experience for the community to raise awareness of homelessness and funds to support Vinnies services in Western Australia. Participants understand the serious nature of the event and agree to act in a responsible and respectful manner.
  • No pets are allowed to attend on the evening.
  • Drivers of vehicles must have a valid driver’s license. 
  • Places are limited to 200 cars. 
  • The event is an alcohol and drug free event.
